Participation in these discussions was restricted to four mathematicians. [Rpt2018] Report by Shinichi Mochizuki (with the cooperation of Yuichiro Hoshi) 　on the March 2018 discussions (updated on 2019-02-01: list of revisions) ２．2018年10月以降で、IUTを認めるという人を挙げると 　海外では、Fesenko（＆ W.
