Intermittent fasting may help fight type 2 diabetes

Researchers used intermittent fasting as a method to reduce the symptoms of type 2 diabetes
in a new observational study conducted in Canada and published in the journal BMJ Case Reports....

The results revealed significant improvement: all three lost weight, blood glucose was lower,
and they were able to stop using insulin after a month from the beginning of the trial. In one case,
the person stopped after only 5 days.

Two of the men also discontinued all diabetic drugs, while the third participant stopped 3 out of 4 drugs.
