これを感じさせるような言葉を入れればいいんじゃない？
パッと思いつくのは
志賀氏が唐突に直接関係のない本家ubuntu-translators MLにメールを投稿
「UbuntuJPは機能不全に陥っている」と事実無根の内容で中の人たちは困惑
読み手が正規のルート踏んでない状態と思える何らかの言葉を入れてみたらどう？
(現状でも｢唐突に｣が入ってるからそういうニュアンスにも取れるけど)
あと>>35-40の話は｢機能不全｣じゃなくて｢事実無根｣かどうかの話なので大丈夫かと
