I want to confirm that an article from so-called portal sites should be judged
by the original publisher and not the portal.
Since we're questionning the quality as the source, giving PV or not doesn't matter.
eg. an Cyzo article taken from "livedoor news" is Cyzo article.　No source laundering.
(ソースロンダはなしでポータルの記事は発信元で判断すべき)

Also, those portals are very "useful" as a list of questionable sources.
