How about a way to remove the detriments of being shot by the cannon, unless there is an attack?
If an attack comes, then we add the detriments again to prevent the attackers.
When the attack ends, we can remove the detriments again.

For the purposes of the experiment, SPD and WT have been adjusted to extremes, and the hit rate has been made extremely high.
So, even after being affected once on turn 11, attacks will still hit, but after being affected for the second time on turn 21, they will not hit once.
In an actual brawl, it is not realistic to increase the hit rate to this extent, and once the first effect is received, all subsequent attacks will not hit.
We believe this is nothing more than the fact that the special effect is permanent.
Hmm yes it does appear to be that way.
Ill see if I can adjust it a bit.
