Using Google Translator, the sentence in Japanese is: "使用シテ頻（しきり）ニ無辜（むこ）を殺傷シ惨害ノ及フ所真ニ測ルヘカラサルニ至ル而（しか）モ尚（なお）交戦ヲ継続セムカ。"
Which is romanized in the link provided above as: "Shiyō shite shiki (shikiri) ni muko (muko) o sasshō shi sangai no 及 Fu-sho ma ni haka ruhekarasaruni itari ru 而 (Shika) mo nao (Nao) kōsen o keizoku semuka."

But it's hard to figure it out as there is no period (.) at the end of sentences in the original speech transcript and also words in brackets (which I hope you could explain me why it is so).
So basically what I would like to know is how to write in japanese this part of the speech (as read in the original form of Japanese by Hirohito) and also find the proper romanization (so I know how to pronounce it correctly).
