$ /usr/lib/NetworkManager/nm-dispatcher --help　してみました
Usage:
nm-dispatcher [OPTION?]

Executes scripts upon actions by NetworkManager.

Help Options:
-h, --help Show help options

Application Options:
--debug Output to console rather than syslog
--persist Don't quit after a short timeout

--debug、--persistはわからないのでためらってます。

Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/bleuez.service → /dev/null.
