いきなり知らん外国人からtwitterでリプライ付けられたんだが何て書いてあるんや？

Several days ago, I chanced upon an incredible occurrence on Keiyō Road, the highway in Chiba. I was, as usual, driving on
my way to office, and then found a Japanese tank chasing my car. The tank seemed to be Type 97, a medium tank used by
Japanese Army of World War II. The speed at which the tank ran was so rapid that it came on a few yards behind me when I
looked at it in the mirror again. Its continual klaxon was beeped presently, which was apparently done in order to threaten me.
I was already upset at this time, but I had to encounter even more perplexing situation at the next moment.

Hardly had the tank passed my car on left side before it suddenly stopped in front of my car to block my car. Soon a Japanese
man got out of the tank, and strangely enough, he was wearing an old Japanese Army uniform, which was, judging from its design,
the type used from 1912 to 1938. Moreover, he had a army sabre in his hand! He had no sooner walked and stood next to my car
than he began to strike my car with his sabre, shouting offending words like "Yankee, go home", "bakayarō" and "you dirty alien,
