Hello, Jim-san, I'm sorry for my bad English.

The operate thread has a seriously problem. Some people are fighting there as you know.
In spite of built else thread for specific topic, they don't go out.
This is not a discussion. Same topic looping meaninglessly.
Whichever you're ok or not, the thread has no discussion we can join.
On the thread, we can't expect constructive discussions about copy blogs and others and smooth management.
I think it's fundamental measures you should do.
