勘違いか作り話
たしか元々大砲禁止スレという機能が提案された時、｢大砲禁止スレばかりになったらどんぐりシステムが使われていないのと同じ事になる｣みたいな心配をした人がいて
大砲禁止スレを乱立させる人が現れた場合の抑止力として（実際にはまだ乱立は発生していないが）
あらかじめ最初から1だけは撃てる仕様で大砲禁止のスレ立てコマンドが導入されたって流れだったはず
