ただcmd.exeが起動するだけでtest.batが動いてない
そしてcmd.exeが常駐するようで、これを手動でexitすると
&& の右側が実行されてにゃあと鳴く

makeって/を「ルート」と読んでしまうから-にしてたんだけど、まさかこれだったとは・・・
