Sound familiar? Well, this 1960s (not sure of the exact year) cha-cha style song is what inspired "Moonlight Densetsu" for Sailor Moon! Sometimes when I listen to this melody, I find myself singing the SM theme in my head! This gem was a lucky find online & not many people hear it. The few times it was on youtube, it was taken down. This song was covered by Mariko Takahashi too (Chieko sings it WAY better in my opinion).
This is sung by Baisho Chieko, a Japanese Actress & singer. I dont know if she wrote it or not, so I'm giving her all the credit unless I get corrections. The only CD I know this song was released on was "Jpop Oldies".
