こっちの意見の方がまともだな、と思う。
DSC は誰も差別しないよ、に繋がっていくのでライセンス的には縛られないように一通りを揃えた上で、必要でかつそれが何であるかを理解している人にだけnon−free を使って欲しいんだと思うわ。
ロシアが色々と追い出されている現状をみると、ケチを付けてくる可能性があるものは除きたいのは分かる。
