辛亥革命は、漢民族を支配する、異民族の王朝「清」に徳が断絶したことで、漢民族は、国土と主権を奪回した民族解放で、フランスやロシアのような市民革命とは幾分か趣向が違う。

支那大陸で王朝が変わることを「易姓革命」という。易姓革命は、「天命革まる」つまり、天の意思で王朝を変えることを指し、それが、皇位を自ら譲るか、武力で追放や滅亡という形で現れる。一般的な概念では、皇帝は血統の断絶で滅ぶが、易姓革命は「徳」の断絶である。「徳」を失い、皇帝の資格がなくなったというものだ。
儒教の教えだが、宇宙の法則、大自然の理を説く佛教にも通ずるものがある。人類の歴史で生じる新陳代謝であろうこととして、如来（佛）の御意趣なのだろう、と思う半面、「易姓革命」の理屈は、征服者にとって、都合よく解釈されているように思う。文化や価値観の違う異民族による、覇権競い合いの結果を、共通の理由にできる、便利な表現だ。
血統に関係なく皇帝になれるということは、良く言えば、「万人平等にチャンスを与える制度」だが、勝者による自己申告制は、いたって原始的である。また、これに「徳」を加えると、徳＝勝者ともいえる。覇者になるだけの器はあったのであろうが、天の「徳」と支配者のいう「徳」は、一致するとは限らない。むしろ、一致しないほうが多いであろう。
もっとも、今でも国際社会では、強い者の都合で正義は変わるので、一概に否定もしない。
フランス革命やロシア革命は、市民蜂起により王朝が滅亡し、全く違う社会制度ができた。

penalty has diminished, this budget will bloat and get the shackle of the budget's effective distribution .
