I had this problem as well. The problem appears to be Windows 10 no longer accepting the Slimjet (SJ) Certificate. I was able to get around this as follows:
1. Un-install the current version of SJ.
2. Using a different browser, download the 32-bit full installer from 外部ﾘﾝｸ:www.slimjet.com
3. Re-boot your PC.
4. Run the downloaded sjsetup_x86.exe file as admin.
5. You should see a Win 10 popup window indicating the Certificate is not recognized. Choose to accept it anyway.
