They receive a request from copyright holders who have seen your IP on torrent sites. Disable UPnP. If your VPN has port forwarding you wouldn't want it opened on your router. Bind qBittorrent to your VPN. This stops all torrent traffic if your VPN drops its connection or you forgot to connect. It's more reliable than a Kill Switch.
