By the way, I remember once they discussed the name of 非想天則.
ところで、以前非想天則の名前について議論してたのを覚えてるよ。
It’s about whether “UNL” might well be used as the abbreviation of “Unconsciouss Natural Law”, the rough translation of “非想-天-則”.
「非想天則」の意訳 "Unconscious Natural Law" の略称として "UNL" が使われちゃっていいのか、という内容でした。
That Englishlike or Europeanized name is very interesting & important to think about the gap between Japan & European metaphysics.
この英語っぽいというか、欧米化されてる名前はすっごく興味深いし大事だと思うよ、日本と英米の形而上学の差について考えると。
For example, one of the problems is that there’s no English word matched with “天”.
問題のうちの一つに、「天」に合う単語が英語にない、とかね。

If possible, please relay to the developer that not everyone is as angry as some of the overreating people from newgrounds,
and there are tons of people looking forward to his game.
Let him know that even if he can not get the game done for R7 now,
we still would love to see it eventually, and please to not stop work on it.
If an agreement can be worked out with KgZ, it should even be possible to get it out at R7, but if not that's understandable.
But just let him know that it would be a real disappointment if he didn't finish it because it looked amazing.

I told him this, I think he realizes how most people feel now.
In the last email I got from the developer he said that he's happy people want him to continue production,
and that he wants to think things over, so give him a break.
He's embarrassed for having done what he did, even if it was just a misunderstanding.
Nobody wants to be labeled a plagiarist, that's a big no-no in both the western community and the Japanese doujin scene.
Apologizing and agreeing to cancel everything was probably the most mature thing to do on his part,
considering he wasn't quite sure what was going on and only knew that he had inadvertently pissed a bunch of people off.
If he came in with an aggressive stance it would have made negotiations difficult.

Anyway I'm going to bed now so I'll check this stuff again tomorrow.
Hope things work out for everyone involved.

BTW I don't usually use tripcodes but this is just in case some trolls decide to try and screw things up, this is 4chan afterall.
I probably won't hold onto this name after this stuff is over so don't get worked up over the trip please.
