それは無いよ。20年くらい続いてるプロジェクトだし、Free Software Foundation が支援してるよ。

日本語ロケール設定の裏技を発見したよ。
起動メニューの２番目のインストールを選択して、「日本語」に設定した直後に終了ボタンを押すと、
すぐに日本語のデスクトップが立ち上がります。これで日本語版 Live USB として開始できます。

ちなみにロケールの設定状況を端末で確認したら以下の通りになりました。

Atheros AR9287
ノートパソコンに内蔵されたこの Wi-Fiカードはデフォルトでサポートされてたよ。
Trisquel 起動すれば自動的に接続できる。あとパスフレーズを入力すればいい。

インストール直後にやった作業は root パスワードを設定することだったよ。以下のような手順。
demo@trisquel:~$ sudo su
root@trisquel:/home/demo# passwd
New password:
Retype new password:
passwd: password updated successfully
root@trisquel:/home/demo# exit
exit
demo@trisquel:~$
root@trisquel:/home/demo/Desktop# passwd

ちょっとしたTips
日本語入力で fcitx や ibus の代わりに uim を使うには、以下の手順で可能です。
root@trisquel:/home/demo# apt update
root@trisquel:/home/demo# apt remove fcitx* ibus*
root@trisquel:/home/demo# apt install uim-anthy uim im-config zenity kasumi uim-gtk2.0 uim-gtk3 uim-qt5 uim-xim uim-fep
root@trisquel:/home/demo# apt autoremove
