個人的に試した限りSandy世代（Core第2世代）以降のi5（4コア）以上ならyoutubeで4K動画もギリ行ける程度な印象

ブラウザの動作ですら露骨にスペック差が出たからなぁ
ネットくらい余裕なのとネットの快適さが水準と比べて変わらないのとは
意味が全く別だなって

KDEで軽いのがいいのなら、Feren OS か netrunner で
PCオーディオ再生用であれば、Ubuntu Studio 20.04 の PCオーディオ版
