windows buildのstreamlink 7.2.0落としなおしてみたけどこっちだとまだ日本語文字化けしてる(windows10環境)
2/20は#6441のことを言ってると思うけどstreamlink7.1.3に#6441を適用したバージョンやstreamlink 7.2.0以降のバージョンで日本語で使えてたからニコ生側が仕様変更したんだと思うよ
今ニコ生の放送ページみるとヘッダーのcontent-typeにcharsetが書かれてないけどこれが原因じゃないかな
以前のニコ生はちゃんとcharsetの指定があったからstreamlink側でエンコードを指定しなくても大丈夫だっただけかと
