Playback prebuffering logic update, should fix stuttering with high-res internet radio streams.
Windows: Slightly updated Album List search box, made delay setting take immediate effect; previous behavior required reopening Album List to take effect.
Re-enabled decoding of xHE-AAC thru alternate decoders, as FFmpeg decoder is still buggy. This means aac_at decoding on Mac OS.
Mac: Cleaned up external FFmpeg decoder preferences.
Media Library made properly keep track of enabled decoders list; made remember which decoder was used for each file, so only affected files will be reloaded after uninstalling or disabling of specific decoder.

A workaround was added to ensure a playlist view is focused when foobar2000 starts if a misbehaving panel steals the keyboard focus on creation. [#1240]

去年Windows11・24H2にしてからたぶん俺環のプチ不具合だと思うけど続いてたものが、
ようやく安定したらしく正常に再生できるようになった。具体的にはUSBオーディオインターフェイスの電源が勝手に切れる。
（デバイスマネージャーや電源の管理でパソコン側が電源OFFにする設定のチェックボックス外してるにも関わらず）

まあたいしたことない不具合ではあるけどなくなるとやはり気分がいい。
