The problem appears to be Windows 10 no longer accepting the Slimjet (SJ) Certificate. I was able to get around this as follows: 1. Un-install the current version of SJ. 2. Using a different browser, download the 32-bit full installer from https://www.slimjet.com/en/dlpage.php. 3. Re-boot your PC. 4. Run the downloaded sjsetup_x86.exe file as admin. 5. You should see a Win 10 popup window indicating the Certificate is not recognized. Choose to accept it anyway. 6. Once installed, run SJ and delete all of your history files (not passwords and browser links).
