It has stopped generating around the third week of April 2014.

If it is used for something important, then I will fix it soon.

That file is used for accumulation of the number of posts for each board.
It is a part of the project for obtaining statistics of all BBS posts.

For example 外部ﾘﾝｸ:bc2ch.net
This site displays numbers of posts per minute (called 勢い=ikioi)
for some live boards (NHK総合=livenhk, NHK教育=liveetv, etc).
I suppose this site retrieves 外部ﾘﾝｸ[cgi]:stats.2ch.net
every minute, to obtain the numbers of posts.

Here is another example. Although it had already been closed,
this site was displaying time-charts of ikioi (posts/min).
We can see when imapctive events happened, which tv program is popular, etc.

I am also drawing such a time-chart by my desktop gadget.
If the log files said in >>614>>960 are not generated,
no one can draw the time-chart fully from 0:00 to 24:00
except for retrieving suzume.cgi every minute.
So I want you to fix it, so as not to drop data.

Moreover I want you to store all of those log files
and to provide official time-charts of ikioi for any boards at any time range.
Actually I will not ask so. At least, I want you to fix it.
