Where are you leaving for ? Australia ?
Why did you write in English rather than in Japanese
though you are not a native speaker of English.
(You did not mention whether you are a native or not,

from time to time i feel like making remarks in english here.
if you look back at the past commnents here, you'll find two persons
who wrote english. i am the one.
when i want to escape from reality, i dont want to speak japanese.

anyway i'll answer to your question.
not for au. i'm leaving for a country where my gf is waiting for me.
i told her my situation. actually she is willing to feed me and support me, so
i decided to leave tokyo.

I guess, 443 wrote in English because there are others that
speak English here.

How come you decided to quit the job so quickly? I have some work
experiences in Japan but nothing was as short as yours. (The shortest
one I've ever had was two-month long.) What was the reasons for quitting?
I understand you feel very stressed out about a life here as I feel the same way,
struggling to find a job for these four months. Still, I don't see
any way-out. Time just passes in vain. If you are young, there can be
a lot of other things that you might want to do besides work but
in my case, I'm 29 and want to get ready for finding my future wife
to start a new life. I just hope that I can find a position soon.

Unlike your case, my cause to speak English is not
to escape from reality. I have to insist that my cause is
strictly to communicate with others, regardless of background.
Moreover, I lived in English speaking countries for about nine
years and its just natural.

because everything I need can be at my fingertips. If necessary,
I go to visit recruiters and consulting firms to discuss opportunities, too.
Besides that, I have received a rejection from 42 companies.

I think your not following my story here. If you want to
know about more details. Here you go.

I went to study at a four-year college in the U.S., because
I wanted to acquire knowledge that is not really available here in
Japan and also to live in the U.S, working fulltime. At this point,
I had no plan of going for Japanese universities. I finally made it, too.

First of all, there are a lot of Japanese that choose to study
in the U.S. I think some show good academic performances, while
others don't. From time to time, you can hear about stories of
dropouts' but those who cannot make it can be those who cannot
back home, too. If your English skills are more than sufficient than
what they ask, you should have less difficulties in communication.
You wouldn't have to worry about anything then. Most of time,
the exam such as TOEFL is required for admissions to school.
In addition, the exam can be waived, if you take optional English courses
offered for foreign students prior to enrollment. In my case,
my score on TOEFL was high enough to enroll at college so that
I was able to take college courses immediately. What matters are
basically your English skills and your will to learn, I think.
