Just ran into this error for the first time myself. I was playing Child of Light without a care in the world, and next thing I know I'm looking at a blue screen with the error message and an option to report it to Sony.
As I haven't had an issue prior to the 1.70 update, I initially suspected that was the issue; however, 164 pages almost dating back to the console's release tells a different story.
In any case, I didn't think too much of it until I reloaded Child of Light with the intention of picking up where I left off. Only then did I realize that apparently the error had corrupted my save, meaning I lost a solid 8-10 hours of progress.
Fortunately, the backup from the cloud wasn't corrupted, which left me with only 3 hours wasted.
I certainly hope this issue gets ironed out and that this isn't the start of headaches for me going forward...
