Mr.Mango and Mr.FOX has do various settings,

But they are too administrator-ish.
They explains very few. They doesn't think from user's view.
As a result, users feels inconvenient and uneasiness,
and dispute occurs at various place.
So, I think that 2ch needs a person who can be a "cushion",
who can think from user's view, can speak Japanese well, and has skill.
Support and (beforehand) check thier work,
and make some (beforehand) notice to users, and make document.
Accoding as this, users can use 2ch comfortable, settles tha matter quickly,
and it can realize improve of PV and decrease Mr.Jim( & Mr.CM )'s time and labor.

Mr.FOX (drunker) changed /moeplus/ board from "萌ニュース＋" to "アイドル＋".
This board's target was Anime, Manga(Comics), Game.
But He added "IDOL" topic (like AKB48, NMB48 ).
And he also changes this board's LR.
He did arbitrary.
He ignore reporter and user.
A lot of Report and a lot of user are
against this change and angry very much.
They wants to turn /moeplus/ back before.
What do you think about it, Mr.Jim ?
