ARIN, APNIC etc actually control all the numbers. There is an annual lease from them, that is true for all ISPs. It is probably why you get vague answers. For example, even though I have already swiped the IPs assigned to the fourth vpn server. They still have the previous ISP reverse DNS on them. I will be working to fix that today. However if I can't fix it, then a new block of IPs will be assigned to that server. In a situation like that. We have to have the right to change the numbers. In almost all cases, we don't intend to change IPs for customers. I think you mentioned multiple accounts as well. I personally have four computers that I use on a daily basis, maybe I should say three computers plus an iPad. The VPN won't let you sign on multiple times. If you were to be using several computers, then you might need multiple accounts. Although you could disconnect one, and reconnect on your other computer with the same account. This is not a problem. If we see it get to a larger level we would need to look into it for security reasons. A good example of a larger level would be an entire office using vpn. My office in Manila has 23 desktop computers. They all have VPN on them. I think it might be a good idea for us to make a small business package as well, so they get several accounts from one purchase. Let me think about that for a while. Can we make the arashi stop using this system? No, I don't think so, but I think that we can make the problem smaller, than it currently is just with the current excellent systems that are currently in place, the fact that my company is not arashi friendly, and the ability to pinpoint the individual user account that is causing the trouble.
