It is notable that most reporters in >>535 don't break rules in general.
Maybe reporters in request-thread are benevolent volunteers.
I think we should try to increase this kind of reporters.

I missed him/her because s/he didn't wear the CAP there.
Also there are some reporters who make threads via requests but don't show the name there.
