I havent got a UR armor or weapon in a long time.

I am updating the Rating Rank algorithm now.
It will now count a lot more factors to generate the rating score.
Shooting will have less of an impact on the rating score.

I know that some people have been dismantling their SSR items.
I personally keep UR, and SSR because they will be useful later after I finish implementing armor/weapon crafting.

Hunter Rating re-calculation will happen soon.
I fixed a bug in the calculation, and changed some of the weights for different factors that contribute to the rating.

It is -almost- done, but there are still a few small details that I need to ensure are working correctly.
