今は何故かフォーラム鯖に繋がらないので確認とれないけど
朝チラ見した時に、初めTOT1でそのあとTOT3になってまた週末にTOT1になるって書いてあった希ガス
だからネオン染めが欲しいのであれば初めのTOT1はたぶん終わっていると思う（終わっていないかも知れん）ので
染粉に換えるのは週末まで待った方がいいのかも知れん（自己責任でよろしく）

フォーラム復帰したから原文持ってきた

ToT 1 has been enabled for the day.
Tomorrow, it will be turned back to tot3, and those drops will run for the rest of the week.
Sometime Friday afternoon or evening, it will be switched back to tot1 so those who didn't have a chance to get on today, have a weekend shot at making it.

Have fun, everyone.. but, be warned; the spawns might get ugly, especially inside the dojo :D
