On the twenty-sixth a family of three living
in Yamanashi Prefecture ate wild mushrooms.
They had received from an acquaintance fried in butter
and then developed symptoms such as nausea and vomiting
leading to them being taken to the hospital.
After the prefecture examined the remaining mushrooms.
It was determined that the ones they had eaten were
the poisonous tsukiyotake. Tsukiyotake are similar to
edible mushrooms such as oyster mushrooms mukitake
and shiitake and as such have caused many cases of
