A four-years-old boy suffered burns on his arm after someone poured liquid on him near the city hall
in Kawachinagano City Osaka Prefecture. Shortly after ten o'clock am on the nineteenth
the police called the fire department at City Hall in Kawachinagano City Osaka Prefecture
saying that a four-years-old boy was injured after being sprayed with liquid.
When emergency services arrived a four-years-old boy was found in his mother's arms
at City Hall and taken to hospital with burns on his right arm. It means that there is consciousness.
According to the city hall, an event was being held in the parking lot of the city hall to commemorate
the seventieth anniversary of the city's establishment and twenty-six danjiri dolls were on display
and the boy was there for this event. The event was open to anyone. Police are investigating the details.
