すみません、Youtube Sourceの導入メモを張らせてください。
・foo_youtube_3.9.6.fb2k-componentをDL（現状最新）

ダブルクリックからApplyで再起動
・foobar2000のFILE-Preferrence-Compornents-Tools-Youtube Source
上部のタブからMaintenance-Third-Party Binariesを設定(以降ここしか触りません)

1.LAV Filtersを右クリックしてをManagedに変更しApply-再起動
2.もう一度LAV Filtersを右クリックしてManagedからDownload、Apply-再起動
3.VSFilterも上記1.2.と同様にManagedからDownload、Apply-再起動
4.youtube-dlを右クリックしてLocationをGitHub(yt-dlp)になっているか確認
5.youtube-dlを右クリックしてManaged、Apply-再起動
ここまででmadVR(とりあえず放置）以外はFound yesになってるはず
6.youtube-dlを右クリックして「Prefer youtube-dl over internal analyzer」を設定 ※重要
1回目でうまくいかなくてもこの設定を確認しながら何度か再起動してるうちに再生できるようになるはず（現状APIキーは不要）
しばらくして突然動かなくなった場合はyoutube-dlの右クリックからCheck for Updatesを実行
