2.3.3にしたんだけど、日本語なのは最初だけで二回目の操作から英語になってしまう
コマンドプロンプトで表示される言語が英語になるみたいでdirとかの操作でも表示が英語になる
一旦exitで閉じて再度起動すれば一度だけ日本語になるんだけど、ずっと日本語のままの表示にするにはどうしたらいいの？
