IUTの４編の論文に、キーワード検索”blu”を掛けたが、全くヒットせず
なので、“blurring”及び"blurry"は、ＩＵＴ原論文には用語としては使われない

で、やっぱ、Mochizuki氏が苦し紛れの口頭説明に、“blurring”を言い出したみたい

”Mochizuki's inequality says that the size of one region (encoding one side of Szpiro) is less than the size of a "blurry" region (encoding the other side of Szpiro).”
