mp4動画にチャプター情報つけてるんだけど

直にタイプしてて少しでも早くやりたいなら省略もいいけど、
何度も使うbatやスクリプトを書くなら省略は罠になる

式が0と評価されたときフレームを破棄するフィルタselectに、6フレーム目で0となる式を書いて、setptsでPTSを振りなおすかんじ

コレより大きくなる設定でエンコードしたらそりゃでかくなる
