復活したああああああああ
英語のフォーラムでzfsをアップデートしてみろみたいなやりとりがあったのを思い出し、
(そのやりとりではその後どうなったかは語られていなかった・・・)
ダメ元でFreeBSD 8 stableのZFSがver15だったのを、
9current ver28にしたらzpool import -F が通りました!
実際は新たにUSBメモリに8stable入れて、9currentをcvsup build/installworld
片手間で1週間かけてしまったのでこれで直らなかったらと思うと・・・

# zpool import -f zp-sturgeon
cannot import 'zp-sturgeon': I/O error

修復してやるが最後の30秒間の記憶と引き替えだとの事でした。
たぶん大したことないデータのはずなので躊躇することなくimport。

全ドライブの抜き差しまでは一度試してみました。
HP Proliant Microserverなので、ad4-10(0-3番)はエンクロージャーで交換不可なのですが、ad1だけは光学ドライブ用の空きコネクタに繋いでいたので、9currentがダメだったときはad1のケーブル交換を考えていました。
