mlで質問したのですが、返事がなかったので、ここで質問させて頂きます。

Wanderlustを使っているんですが、 等の文字が入ったメールをWanderlust側では
quoted-printableでエンコードする設定にしています。

しかし、Outlookユーザから来たメールを見ると、base64でエンコードされています。
これが、今の主流かどうか分かりませんが、base64でutf-8の文字が入ったメール
を出す時はどのような設定が必要でしょうか。

ちなみに、自分の~/.wlには以下の設定がしてあります。
