shimbunを使っていて、気づいたのですが画像が取得されないときが
あります。
どんな画像かというと、htmlページと同時でないと取得できない画像です。
具体的にいうと、w3mでインライン画像表示をOFFにしておいて、
対象画像をIで外部表示させようとすると、
アクセス・パーミッションエラーとなる様なやつです。

w3m-fill-column を設定してあったとしても 外部ﾘﾝｸ:...がラインの途中で切れ
るのはおかしいと思う。(普通に \M-q しても切れないし。)

"-- " だけでは文の区切りとして見た目が悪い故に、吾は吾の
signature delimiter を使用させてもらう。吾の signature delimiter は
"---------------- "
