PATH環境変数問題、つい最近2台のマシンではまったので、調べてみた。
外部ﾘﾝｸ:nsis.sourceforge.net
の一番下

どうやらインストーラに使っているNSISの文字列のサイズ制限でやられるようだ。(GTKに限らずバグ回避策をとっていないNSISインストーラ利用アプリ全般に可能性はある)
