サイトにアクセスしてクッキーを受け入れた状態でタブを閉じて
再び同じサイトを開こうとすると表示されません
受け入れてるクッキーを削除いて再アクセスすると
サイトが表示されます
おそらくクッキーの関連でなにか問題が起こっているのだと思うのですが
どうすれば問題解決できるのか分からず困っています

docomoのhome5g hr01という端末を何度か再起動すると
普通にサイトにアクセスしてログインやフォームの送信ができることを発見した。
どうやらそれが原因ようです。
