I'm sorry(Gomen'nasai) it would not let me post till I put it in Japanese (I do not know japanese) =( I spent many hours trying to find how to post here, or contact Ano.
When we "Backspace" + "Enter" to reset a town, it makes makes a bug with all the delivery quests to that town,(A present, Book Delivery). When you deliver to that town, it sends you
to NPC's that are not there. I found a mod for elona that fixes this bug, with some console commands.
"resetquest"
"reloadquest"

I test myself and they work for elona 1.16
These console commands, don't work for Elona+ 1.41 =/ I try to bring them to Elona+ but I spent many hours and no success.

Please Ano-sama or somebody, could you bring these commands to Elona+ to fix delivery bugs?

Resetting by "Backspace" + "Enter" is widely known to have bug.
It delete all NPC and create new NPC data. This looks like rename.
In the delivery quests, reciever's name also renamed.
But elona has problem that Jarnal doesn't update criant and reciever's name.

These command, "resetquest" and "reloadquest", are supported only in MMA.
"◆MMA/bkIn.." created another variant of elona, called MMA. And he fixed
a cretical bug in elona+, which Anoinu created. Both of variant, MMA and elona+,
are different.

One of basic command "resetmap" works for pursing all quests.
