以前にEroさんがやるとJIM-sanに宣言したような気もするので、
下から3行目入れました。PINKの誰が解除してくださいとお願いするのか
JIM-sanにとって、いまいち不明でしょうから、とりあえずRABで入れました。

Here is the matter about the release system.

Release Approval Board reviewed the responses from various ISP currently, and
we came to conclusion that one ISP deserves for the release.

I still could not contact with Hiroyuki-san to set the official procedure for the release.
I am hoping if you could contact Hiroyuki-san to obtain the approval that the board(RAB)
contact 2ch's releasing person for releasing Pink's certain regulation now and the one in the future.
