Even if you used tampons there's the string....I'm a female by the way and actually genuinely curious.

海綿を取り出すときは、立って股間を開き、シャワーの水を局部に入れて海綿を重くしておいてから、指を突っ込んで海綿の自重を利用して取り出すもの。
美術モデルをするときにシャワーを使える環境は滅多にないので、日本ではタンポンの紐を切って対策することが多い。
