features, it is highly recommended as a field-effect transistor. A Graphene-based
integrated circuit can handle frequencies up to 10 GHz. The transistors printed
on flexible plastic can operate at 25 gigahertz. A simple 2-inch of Graphene sheet
can establish a processor using 100 GHz transistors.」
