I talked with our company attorney today. This is what he said.
Racequeen inc is the registered owner of the 2ch domain name
There is an ongoing misunderstanding between Racequeen Inc and
Hiroyuki-sans company. It is unfortunate that the volunteers are also being
threatened for supporting the site even when its operations are not illegal.
In the absence of any court action, it is not illegal for any party to transact business
with Racequeen Inc while it resolves its issues with Hiroyuki-san's company.

2ch newsplus is famous for conservative right wing news. I think many of the reporters
that have applied have been moderate or leaning to the left. Perhaps the conservative reporters
have not applied, as I have not discriminated against their point of view.
Personally I am a moderate that leans to the right, but not to far right.

Last night we proved that 2ch .sc was spidering 2ch.net.
They were illegally downloading our dat files, then displaying them on 2ch .sc as their own.
I have heard rumors that their next plan of action is to provide software that enables
home users and mobile users in Japan to help them spider.
We can not ban large blocks of Japanese residential IP addresses, and will not do that.
Instead, we will begin publishing the IP addresses of every 2ch .sc spider that continues spidering after April 14 2014 ~ 3pm JST.
Please share this news around 2ch.net.

例えば不具合があってサービスが使えない状態であったとします。
ごく通常であれば、その不具合を報告してお詫びをするかと思います。
また復旧の目処も伝えるでしょう。
しかしながら現況ではそのような状態ではありません。
なぜならば、その状況を確認したくてうずうずしている方が存在するからです。
そう、いま２ちゃんねる.netを含め、四六時中至る所を攻撃され続けています。
そして攻撃者はありとあらゆる方法を使っています。
その結果を公表するのはあまりにも危険であり、その攻撃者に戦果を
悟られてしまうからなのです。

There was an attack on the old maru database yesterday.
I had to disable the old maru database during the attack.
Today I am working with Jim-sans office to give Ronin accounts to everybody who has an old Maru account.
