Be is not dating and not for dating. Why make trouble and point out
that people could actually interact with it? There are so many necessary
things that could be dating, but are not dating.

There is a total ban on dating.

US law does not prohibit dating, it does actively hunt stalkers and
other terrible people that would take advantage or hurt children.
From what I understand of Japanese law, they are attempting something
that was already tried and failed in the United States. Forcing dating
site user to give credit card information to verify age.
We built a nice dating site for bbspink a few years ago, it was free
and fairly safe, it did not use credit cards for verification though.
So we will ban dating on bbspink for these reasons.
We don't want to encourage stalkers and predators, and we don't want

BE is not bbspink's system, I am very happy if we can use it. It seems
to be working already. Dating is not authorized or allowed by local rules.
Any communication inside of BE would have to be self regulated by the communicators.
You can not regulate private communication it is a slippery slope, and you
will regret ever going down that slope.

There are ways pandora's box could be renendered safe, but would it
still be useful? comment box could be removed, and replace with drop down menu
that sent comments prepared and safe comments.
Be could be purchased by a foreign company and the responsibility would
be removed from 2ch. To many ways to fix this problem, I just want to use it.
It is a good system. You have to think outside the box, and please understand
my thinking and 79 thinking on this issue are completely different.

ＢＥそのものを、PINKちゃんねるでも利用することについての使用許可が、
ひろゆきさんから出た、という意味ですね。
出会い目的ＢＥの削除依頼スレが落ちていますが、たてなおしてきます。
繰り返しますが、ＢＥを出会い目的で利用することは禁止です。
この点は、変わりありません。
