随分以前から、Jimさんの窓口は開いていたにも関わらず、
意見交換を一度も行わずに、内輪でまとめた結果が>5です。
期限ぎりぎりになってやっとJimさんへ打診して、間に合わないからこれでやるしかありませんという
意図が少なからず垣間見えます。

When a problem happened by a Japanese law,

Deleters need know how to delete at using scripts, but new volunteers can't use scripts.
You must teach a volunteer usage of a script by an email.
And you must prepare a new deleter's account.
