質疑応答が続いているからこそ、「そんなもんに答えても、質問者にとってプラスにはならない」という意味のことを言っています。
正しくは、次の通り。

つまり
Payment ではなくて Payments と複数にする。でないと、そのあとの are という複数に呼応する動詞につながりません。
さらには、仮に動詞を無視したとしても、このような文脈で Pzyment なんていう不可算名詞が来たら
