音声/動画を携帯で録った場合
そのファイルをメールに添付してピクト(up@pic.to)に宛てて送信し返信を待ちます
間もなくピクトから添付した音声/動画ファイルがuploadされたURLが記載された
メールが届くので、PCからのファイル閲覧が許可されていることを設定から確認し
そのURLを2chに書き込めば、リンクから誰でもそのファイルを閲覧できるはずです
ちなみに僕はPCなので素直に有名どころの斧うｐろだ

で今回撮ったファイルのサイズは小さいので小物板を利用しました
NHKのEnglish Newsを音読してみました
初めての録音なのもあり緊張して早口になってしまったので
意識的に文章をゆっくり読むようにしたものもageときますｗ
両方とも同じ文章を音読したものです

Ruling parties delay presenting relocation plan
Two ruling coalition partners, the Social Democratic Party and the People's New Party, will delay presenting their plans for relocating the US Marine Futenma Air Station in the southernmost prefecture of Okinawa.
The 2 parties were each to give their own relocation plan at Wednesday's meeting with the government and the main ruling Democratic Party.
But on Tuesday, Diet affairs chiefs from the 3 parties said they are all still in the process of coordinating opinions, and do not want to cause confusion by giving their views prematurely.
They asked Chief Cabinet Secretary Hirofumi Hirano for an extension, and Hirano agreed to the request.
